　　Gomu_Yoku is much like  a yoga.

　　

　　Why?

　　

　　A "yoga of Rubber" sounds ridiculous.

　　

　　But think about this: A "yoga" is a system of excercises practiced to promote control of the body and mind. 

　　

　　A "yoga of Rubber" then, would be a system of physical, mental and spiritual exercises.  

　　

　

　

　　

　　One of the goals of Yoga is to be able to be aware of all parts of your body simultaneously

　　

　　When you start meditating and other thoughts start to encroach, do not chastise yourself. Simply acknowledge their existence,==tell them you will deal with them later==, and return to your object of concentration.

　　

　　

　　Gomu Yoku, "rubber bathing', is, then, a yoga of immersion in rubber fetish.
